Canoeing is a great introduction to paddlesport, the boats are stable and spacious and having two people in each craft makes this a very sociable paddling experience. A canoe session can be tailored to suit a variety of outcomes and allow us to develop team related aims and objectives. This can be achieved on a flat water lake or as part of a journey along the canal or river.
During each session we focus on specific skills and teamwork as well as playing fun interactive games.
Sessions often finish with everyone getting very wet!
Venturing Out is an Approved Activity Provider for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme and offers Canoeing as a mode of travel. For more information see the DofE Section
