Bookings can be made by the following methods:
For group bookings print and return a group booking form including a cheque for the deposit amount (25% of the total payable). The outstanding balance is payable in full within 14 days of the 1st activity being booked. Alternatively, If you require invoicing, please send relevant invoice details with your booking form. The invoice will also include our bank details should you prefer this method of payment.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you were to cancel.
For individuals, simply fill out the relevant consent form, U18 Consent Form or Adult Consent Form and mail it with a cheque for the full amount. Payable to "Venturing Out"
Please note that 25% of your payment is deemed a deposit and is non-refundable if you were to cancel.
NOTE! If you are booking multiple activities list all dates and activities on one consent form.

If you book via email or telephone a place will be held for 72hrs, if full payment has not been received by this time the place will no longer be held.
Be sure to leave an email address, telephone number and contact name.
When a group booking form and deposit payment is received you will be sent a consent and medical form which must be completed by each individual. This form must be returned prior to the day of the activity. All under 18's forms must be signed and dated by a parent or guardian. Failure to return a completed form will likely mean removal from the activity / course with no refund.
Before booking please check the age range and venue of the activity and consider the physicality of that particular activity / course.
Venturing Out will endeavour to keep its online programme information up to date to avoid disappointment. There may be occasions where this is not immediate and availability will no longer exist. Where this is the case any cheques will be returned with our apologies.
Discount:
Venturing Out may from time to time run promotional discounts, information regarding these discounts will be posted on this website and via Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter.
Cancellation:
If the client cancels prior to the activity date the deposit will be forfeited. Where a full payment has been made 25% of this total is the deposit.
If the client cancels within 14 days of the activity date there will be no refund.
Venturing Out reserves the right to cancel activities and courses where the minimum numbers of participants are not met. We will try and give as much notice as possible. You will be offered another date or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Venturing Out reserves the right to cancel activities and courses due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, if such a case were to arise you will be offered another date for the activity or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
